Pros

PTO, some of the people you meet are awesome!

Cons

Unrealistic workload, managers are a joke, they do not care, unorganized (supposed to be remote work but tricked into “hybrid” 2 days before start date, and then being told you have to work your way to remote by metrics which is impossible to meet), too stressful for too little pay!
