Pros

Okay pay Good benefits Good PTO Work from home

Cons

Treats you like you are very important to them but they expect you to sit and do sales all day like a robot. There was no understanding whatsoever from the managers if you need some time during work to take medicine or clean up a mess that was made especially if you're someone like me that lives alone and doesn't have anyone else to help you Schedules are based on performance only. Rarely any flexibility in having the schedule that you want or need unless you high performed which is not always possible High turnover rate and low hiring rate. So many overworked employees and burnout is everywhere

Pros

Remote work provides some flexibility. Decent onboarding experience. Team environment using Zoom and Teams. Teammates supportive. Interesting subject matter.

Cons

72k is the starting salary for 2022. There were no changes in 2023, so consider that an automatic pay cut, taking inflation into account. Expensive health coverage (high deductible 5k) No Bonuses, merits, or cost of living adjustments. No equity in pay for personal time investments. Aloof leadership with conflicting loyalties and motivations. Expect to work 60+ hrs/week to stay current on your flat salary. Extremely task-oriented and outdated manual processes leading to errors. unnecessary task duplications. No consolidated flows. Low autonomy. Low settlement authority. Poor systems integration. Do not expect quick fixes or intuitive software. Workloads on desk are unsustainable at over 150% industry standard; vacations will set you back if your backups don't keep their promises. Work/Life imbalance is real and tangible. If you are infallible, this position may be perfect. Waste in resources rampant. Ineffective meetings. Poor planning, reactive management. Older employees tend to be pushed out the doors.

Pros

remote work, flexibility, very focused on technology and providing all the tools needed to be efficient in a WFH environment

Cons

Its a publicly traded company - when the stock price drops, look out for lay-offs. Health benefits are weak (spending too much money out of pocket). The compensation (bonus) structure is constantly changing and bonus rules keep getting added to stop people from getting paid. This program aims to treat work-from-home employees like an hourly employee, but expects them to perform like an Exclusive/Captive Agent (entrepreneurs). Too much time micro-managing all aspects of the agents' day (number of calls, analyzing all of their sales calls, etc.) It almost feels like working in a call center, but expecting the call center employee to go out once or twice a week to find customers.
