Do Not Do It!

Pros

In theory, you’re your own boss. In reality, you’re the worst treated employee next to fast food workers.

Cons

I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Every year, the comp plan changes. The company wants a few huge agents and to sell through direct through call centers. They only care about their profit and stock prices. Multiple lawsuits are on the table, and I hope they’re resolved in agents’ favor. Unfortunately, many will lose everything they have first by investing in a company that doesn’t care.
