Pros

There are no pros for working at Allstate.

Cons

*senior leadership intimidates lower level leadership *the leader of the office at the time I worked there would go around asking employees to review his office to make him look good *employees are encouraged to consistently contact HR about leadership for nothing having happened, They too intimidate their leaders when being held accountable. *Senior leaders are not held to any standard of accountability *Allstate is a terrible place to work. They have a toxic work environment and do nothing to work to fix it. I wouldn’t work for this company again if it were the last place on earth to work for.
