Pros

The people make the company. During my 2.5 years with the company I had the pleasure to work with a wide variety of people from all walks of life. They were some of the kindest and caring people I've ever met.

Cons

The hours are supposed to be 40/week however employees are pushed up to salaried positions so that they can work overtime without costing the the company extra money. The work is incredibly demanding for the minimal sense of accomplishment that you get out of the position.

Pros

Schedule M-F 8-4:30 PM with occasional Saturdays . Potential to work one day a week remotely.

Cons

Workload can be challenging. You have to be proactive and organized. Health benefits, and training are awful. Low paying job for the work you are expected to do.
