Pros

Overall, I enjoyed working as a remote claims support representative. The team was supportive. The training was really thorough. The interview process was pretty straight forward and quick.

Cons

The customers can be challenging as with any call center environment. There is a long learning curve. There is a lot to remember once you get on the production schedule. Shifts are flexible but you do not know what they are until after you complete training. You have to bid for shifts. Although they give you about 8 choices.
