Pros

House hold name for car and auto insurance. Benefits are decent, and close to home. Make your own schedule and stuff like that

Cons

As a personal financial representative you will be sold on the premise of unlimited warm leads from your Allstate agent. However these leads are basically cold due to the nature of the p&c business. Also there is little incentive for the Allstate agent to exceed their life/annuity goals. Don't get me started on the complete lack of training
