Pros

Super fast compensation and aggressive pay plan, paid weekly and almost instantly, flexible schedule, instant book of business, sign on bonus, no overhead, great products

Cons

Dealing with agency staff and owners can be difficult, 100% commission can be hard to deal with, needing others to help you become succesfull does't always work out.

Pros

Flexible hours, good people in my group.

Cons

Too much offshoring, A lot of extra hours when there are not enough people to do the work. Salary is very underpaid. Management doesn't try to fix the issues long term.
