Pros

Most of the people who were employed there were nice.

Cons

Unfortunately the same employees were under paid and were not rewarded for quality work. You couldn't use sick days or PTO, calling in sick even if you had the days put your job in jeopardy. Very much a who you smoozed with work environment.

Pros

~Tries to be flexible with home/work ~A lot of employee appreciation events ~Co-workers are great

Cons

~Always an expensive year, employees are expected to use minimal supplies, while management spends flavishly ~Don't always count on a raise, 1.5% was company average in 2012 ~Management has a do as I say not as I do attitude ~Customer not at the core of Company principles ~PROFIT is king ~Favoritism runs rampant ~Values newly hired, less tenured employees over experienced tenured employees
