Pros

in the last year, they seem to be interested in making things at least appear to be improving- lots of talk but have not yet seen any changes. 15 years ago when i started w/them i felt part of the family but became the black-sheep when i transferred to a smaller, more rural office area.

Cons

i've worked in both a large metro market and smaller rural-metro markets and definately a 'good-'ole-boy' vibe @ the latter where my career took a dump and i was treated as a 2nd class employee for years- i fear i'll never recover to where i should/would have been had i stayed where i 'belonged"
