Pros

Plenty of vacation days to start

Cons

It seemed like you need to be either related to a current employee or specifically befriended by management to get promoted. Promotions did not depend on your work, who you trained, or extra responsibilities you took on.

Pros

Work life balance is excellent. Low stress levels and you work with mostly great people.

Cons

Easy to stagnate if you do not become friends with upper management. Benefits have greatly decreased in value specifically insurance. Compensation is lower than most other larger corporations
