Pros

PTO, Health benefits, some work from home opportunities

Cons

ADA complaints, Disrespectful, HR is in India, Cannot get anything solved, nobody to discuss questions or concerns with, went down hill since shutting down lone Tree , Colorado corporate office. No disregard for others, discrimination, no support, treated unfairly, never again will I work for this company. Overworked and under paid, heavy work load, have to get all work done in 1 day, if not, you are expected to work off the clock. Absolutely worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Management was very involved and friendly

Cons

System went down every week and I was let go because they said “I didn’t communicate” but how can I communicate if the system is down

Pros

Benefits starts from day 1

Cons

One of the cons is they raised the sales quota. Just as an example — before, if you sold 10 items you’d make $100 in commission, but now to make that same $100 you’ve got to sell 13. So you’re working harder for the same payout.
