Ally Financial Risk Analyst II reviews

My team dynamics and leadership are stressful and unsupportive. It is hard being in a constant negative environment. I do not like having to go into office the majority of the week just to work alone. Ally seems to be taking a serious downturn with employee satisfaction and it shows. Instead of mentoring our department, our leader treats us like incompetent children.

Executive level leadership of quality/risk is great and they have a great vision. They should keep their local team leaders in check however for bad attitudes and being unsupportive and mean to their team especially young women. As a young women in the workplace, I do not feel at all respected. I feel attacked, undermined, lied to, and disrespected instead of empowered. Ally really needs to look at their diversity and inclusion better and make sure all departments are supporting inclusion and development. I can't even do my job without my leader being passive aggressive and trying to lie about us. They are nice to people above them but no respect for their own team.
