Pros

fun aura throughout the company. lots to learn even though the tech is over a decade old. lean team & most flexible working hours. pepper (the cutest stubby b/w dog) is what drives the motivation around.

Cons

pretty much none except a few ppl can get jealous and make your life miserable and you'll end up quitting cos the ethics committee does not communicate & eventually close the complaints with no valid reasons after 2-3 months depending on how they feel like it.

I only have good things to say about Almabase. Anyone who gets the opportunity to work here is truly lucky. The people are wonderful, and the management is incredibly supportive, they genuinely listen and address any concerns. I’ve absolutely loved my time here.
