Pros

- Benefits are decent - Some folks were genuine

Cons

- You will not get to work on what you love, you will be navigating workplace aggressions from the get-go - Leadership is very dramatic and confident in their mis-information - Eerie cult-like behavior from colleagues (likely result of management)

Pros

Great place to work! The process was so easy, you meet with the internal recruiter (FYI you better come prepared as he will call you out if you haven't done any research) Nonetheless, the recruitment process was great, he really explained the ins & outs of the role. the conversation felt very friendly and conversational and gave me insight into the culture at Aloha! And he was SUPER friendly... kinda funny too you'll love it here! - weekly lunches - on-site chiropractor - Bring your dog to work - Employer-paid benefits!

Cons

on-site 5 days a week
