Pros

I joined this company almost a decade ago, and watched it grow from a small fiercely competitive firm run by a dedicated owner, to an industry stalwart often being the first to recognize holes in the home health market and fill them with tech solutions. The love the owner has for the industry and his employees permeates throughout the company as a whole, making it a compelling place to work.

Cons

Sometimes more work to do than there are people to do it...

Pros

Growing business in the healthcare sector, with a very non-corporate sort of feel. Staff is family-knit and most work is remote. Overall a very good experience.

Pros

The teams are remote teams that don't feel disconnected. The leadership has done a fantastic job in establishing and maintaining a culture that upholds the company's core values, and allows each team member to contribute in a positive manner. Ongoing coaching and training opportunities are available and encouraged. Easy to find work/life balance, even working remotely.

Cons

No physical office to go into each day.
