Pros

Alora has good benefits, has a family feel, and our CEO invests in the Human Resources of this company through additional education and trainers. We have core values that reflect the mission statement and we strive to keep those in focus at all times. We are given special rewards at our 5 and 10 year anniversaries that really show the desire to retain good staff!

Cons

I work remotely....I guess that could be a con to some!
