Pros

You are valued, respected, and appreciated when you work at Alora, which I cant say is true at other businesses I have worked for in the past. Everyone that works at Alora plays an important role in the business success. We work as a team which builds strong, close relationships with your coworkers. We really do consider each other to be family. Alora offers a great benefits package- health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401K with a company match- just to name a few. I have been at Alora for 7 years now and I truly have only good things to say about working here.

Pros

This is the best job I have every had! I am supported, acknowledged and appreciated. I love what I do every day. I highly respect our CEO and Director. The Management Team is phenomenal. Alora offers a great place to work, a great software product and allows me the luxury of a balanced lifestyle.

Cons

I wish I had applied for a job at Alora sooner.

Pros

Tight knit family like work staff, and an owner who is deeply invested in both the product and the people who work for him. Lots of room to take on responsibility, gain valuable experience and insight into the industry, and pave your own lane.

Cons

Building never seems to have the elevators accurately working, but that's more the fault of the building owners than Alora. Lots to do so you have to be on top of your time management.
