Pros

None /Austin location has no pros

Cons

Worst communication , unfriendly environment, fire anyone for any reason. What is said in interviews and training are lies. They don't treat you like family,no enthusiasm and treat you not like a person but a number. You'll never get incentives due to systems always down. Team leads are Never around. Screw up your pay and have no payroll number isn't that fabulous. This place nearly killed me. I've been in call centers for15 years this was the worst experience EVER! Save yourself and family. They don't care period just con people with promises and lies.

Pros

Wouldnt recommend to my worst worst enemy.

Cons

Extremely difficult to learn everything and then they will throw you to the wolves. Terrible short training, impossible to reach any bonus, nasty filthy center with bed bugs and roaches. You are better off anywhere else.
