Pros

Will hire almost anyone. It's an ok place to work at if your having a hard time finding something else.

Cons

Make sure you stay looking for something else. If your a csr rep and on the bottom lever, make sure you do not fail any surveys by any means necessary or you will be on the chopping block. If you have a customer on the line the is pissed off any you don't think you will pass a survey, transfer the call quick.

Pros

Company hires anyone. Some advancement opportunities.

Cons

Company hires anyone and pay has decreased substantially since it opened while the rest of the local economy is prospering. Senior management is paid very well and take home fantastic bonuses at the expense of employees and supervisors who make less than working at mcdonalds in many cases and work seven days a week (supervisors) and are then screamed at because some senior management members are bipolar. Advancement opportunities aren't. you end up making the same or less due to working 60-70 hours a week as opposed to 30-40
