Pros

Co workers are nice to work with

Cons

Rules not applied across the board equally. Your answers from your supervisor depends on if you have had your survey yet or not. No direction. No way to dispute failed surveys. To much Fake It Till You Make It

Pros

Flexible hours on some projects Reasonable starting base salary Co-workers are great, but don't count on many of them sticking around longer than a few months.

Cons

In the last two years most of the tenured employees have lost money working for this company due to lost projects and slashed commissions. There is a general lack of respect for the rank and file employee. Turnover is awful. Most employees are gone in a year or less.
