Pros

Good job to start but not a "forever job"

Cons

It feels like high school sometimes with the immaturity from both the agents and the managers and even above the managers.... I feel like whenever I speak with a manager they have an attitude like "why are you talking to me!?" not, " how can I help??"

Pros

Co-workers and the occasional pizza party. Also the benefits were decent I guess

Cons

To start off the management was HORRIBLE. I can't speak for other locations but the site director as the San Antonio Building 8000 branch is completely ignorant. It's as if he's never ran a project before, I'm sure a monkey would've been able to do a more successful job than the man they put in charge. On top of that the general managers are just as unpleasant, one of them even being fired for sleeping with a co-worker while married (and just for the record this co-worker got promoted multiple times during the time they were sleeping together, not trying to insinuate anything but does seem a bit odd;) ). On top of that we had a whole team of these analysts that were never even analysts, apparently they were doing all the work of the job but without the pay and were still classified as 'customer service representatives'. That's just scratching the surface of all the issues going on within this building. There are daily HR reports, old grumpy women yelling at people, and employees just getting up and leaving when they please. On top of that I knew an employee who didn't receive a paycheck one pay period and had to wait 5 months before receiving it. All in all unless you're EXTREMELY desperate do NOT work here :)!
