      Pros

      These folks know exactly what they are doing. They set high standards, and consistently deliver. Their project expectations and planning is excellent. The top level management folks are extremely smart and have a great sense of vision and planning. Their hiring pattern is very consistent. For the young starters, they hire smart, well spoken, and subtly aggressive candidates. Beginner salaries can be a bit low, which is expected I think. It takes some time to build credibility. Overall, a great place to start your professional career.

      Cons

      There is intense competition, especially during targeted promotion/milestone years. It is not as bad as it sounds, and seems manageable.

      Pros

      Great leadership, Collaborative work environment (felt even when working from home) This company provides amazing benefits, offers a really great work-life balance, is staffed with very knowledgeable employees, and overall this is a fantastic company. Good benefits - Health insurance, profit share, PTO Overall low-stress level (with most teams)

      Cons

      I would say there aren't many cons from my point of view. The team I am on could offer a little more base pay and upward movement, but overall it's still a great job and company.

      Pros

      Overall experience is good with the company, benefits are good, all departments give prompt response. Management listen to your concerns.

      Cons

      Immigration team is very strong but things move slow. You fee like left out and become panic
