      There are no Pros working at this factory (not an IT company) because they treat everyone like labor and also make deductions in the salary.

      Cons

      1) Micro-Management. 2) Salary Deductions. 3) Employment Threats. Never ever think to join this factory.

      good culture work life balance supportive management timely salary growth opportunities good team work medical insurance for employee and family.

      Cons

      Nothing as of now. management is working strongly on good employee friendly policies. I would recommend to adapt best possible practices for individual and company growth prospective.
