      Pros

      Extremely employee friendly. They have great benefits and a training reimbursement program. Several incentives for employees to showcase their achievements; spot bonus, annual awards. They focus on making sure employees are recognized. Very welcoming environment.

      Cons

      It’s a growing company and sometimes you can tell with the lack of system infrastructure, but they are working on it.

      - Feedback culture - Benefits and perks - Commitment to employee mentoring - Work/life balance; flexible scheduling Working for Alpha Omega is an interesting exercise in watching a small business grow into something larger. There are growing pains, but overall, I like working here. It's nice to see that a lot of the managers "walk the talk," and have an appreciable commitment to absorbing feedback from their employees. No place is perfect by any means, nor do I expect AOI to be anything close to it. However, the important thing is that the company generally understands its mistakes and seeks to correct them.

      - Communication As other reviews have pointed out, communication within the company can be a bit of mixed bag. In general, it's not a huge problem, but it can be frustrating in the moment sometimes.

      Pros

      My favorite part about working for Alpha Omega is that they focus on making sure their employees are happy. A new event is being held all the time and it makes you want to get involved and gives you more of an opportunity to get to know coworkers.

      Cons

      Communication throughout the company could be better.
