One of our core values is “Create Harmony,” and this centers around our employees having a work/life balance. We have every intention to make Alpha Omega a great place to work. With this, we will work with our managers to stress the importance of their team members developing a work/life balance. We do an annual employee benefits survey and encourage our employees to provide feedback on our benefits programs. This year we are bringing in three new benefits based on employee recommendations.       Lack of communication can be a challenge at times, but otherwise I have no other complaints. Keep doing what you're doing!

The management team is rolling out changes that will improve communication between projects and corporate personnel, including a company newsletter and more frequent communications from the President and COO.
