      Free food trucks every other Friday

      Cons

      Low pay, expectations to constantly do quantitatively better in “stats” than the previous week even if external factors make that impossible (permits, construction in progress, waiting for payment). Punished if not meeting these impossible benchmarks because there needs to be somewhere to place blame within the Hubbard Management System, and that blame never ever falls on management.

      Great work environment, minimal co-worker issues with plenty of company gifts toward employees.

      Cons

      Poor live/work lifestyle with any success requiring far more hours and un realistic sales expectation, upper owners representatives have limited construction knowledge and make poor decisions creating high turnout rate.

      Cons

      -Toxic work environment and management styles. Unrealistic expectations to meet demands. If these crazy expectations are not met, people are belittled (and spoken to very rudely) and they assume people are not doing their jobs (not the case, people are trying to jump through hoops to make management happy). -no work/life balance (look at you crazy and question you if you request any day or time off) -no PTO
