      The company is open and friendly and there are lots of great people. There is a lot of growth and room to grow with the company if you do well.

      Great culture. relatively short hours.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. You have to put in a lot of extra hours and additional side projets.

      Pros

      Working for Alpha has been great to be honest. The environment is very friendly, optimistic and overall team driven. I can truly say that this has to be the best employer I have had in my career. They truly care about their employees and have an open door policy whenever there have been any questions or concerns. I'm more than happy to be on their team and I'm always excited to come to work everyday.

      There are no cons in my book when working for Alpha.
