Wonderful people to work for, they offer benefits even to part time employees, very supportive and advancement is available if you are looking for it.The pay is really good for part time work. I get compliments all the time from the parents we serve. The kids love AlphaBest and all the great lessons and activities we offer, some of our kids don't want to leave when their parents come to get them. Some of our parents take a few minutes to engage in activities with their kids when they pick them up. The company is very good at recognizing your effort and hard work. They provide lessons and everything you need to teach these lessons. Best after school company I have worked for.
