Management is bad here. My recommendation would be to go to Minnieland and find people that care about their workers. Supervisor is not present and does not support the staff. Supervisor does not even know employee names and has to constantly ask what your name is. Area Managers leave nonstop. There have been at least 10 office staff that have left in a year. Everyone that leaves posts on facebook how happy they are to be gone from the current supervisor. Policy changes daily. We are told to do one thing one day and then another the next and then another in a week. No stability.

Terrible management, no body knows what they are doing. No source of communication in the office. Terrible regional directors who are over worked and take their frustrations out on others. Very unorganized. SO MANY EMPTY PROMISES! Area managers work like 12 hour days, also are unorganized and have no sense of communication even though they are in the same room. They cut your hours or won't pay you for the hours you worked. So they edit your times of clock in and out and cut hours without consent from the employee. Favoritism like crazy. Everyone's jealous from one another. Spent most of their money on office decor and revoked and reduced budgets that were given to teachers because the company spent way too much money and then realized after so then they started cutting hours, reducing budgets, demoting etc...
