Good staff and kids that love fun activities

Cons

Terrible manager that cost a lot of drama. Activities doesn’t have enough of materials for kids to have and the kids dosent even enjoy. When I even try to help calm the child down and teaching the child how to feel better the are manager told me with a rude voice to stop and get going with the activity.

Pros

Friendly environment. You get to develop a lasting relationship with the kids and people you work with. Easy to follow curriculum it just takes time to prepare.

Cons

Sometimes curriculum requires more planning time than advised. Limited upward movement.
