Thank you for your feedback, and for the contributions you made during your time at AlphaBEST. I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed sharing our curriculum with AlphaBEST’s students, and that your coworkers were a positive part of your AlphaBEST experience. AlphaBEST does promote heavily from within and we are always looking to advance team members who embody our Core Values. Specifically, we are looking for those who have a passion for learning, can take responsibility, and who look at challenges in a positive light. No one should ever “expect” a promotion, as it is a reward for consistently giving your BEST and often requires you to do more than you signed on for. I am available to all team members who feel they are not thriving in our organization. I wish you had reached out with your concerns before becoming a “former employee,” as we strive to provide guidance and mentorship to help our employees identify and work toward their career goals.
