Pros

Great teamwork; the hours are great. the days are never boring; the day always goes really fast. You also learn a lot on this job - it looks easy but since we do custom projects it can get quite complicated. Not a typical copy place at all. These guys know what they are doing.

Stressful at times; nothing else

Pros

You meet a lot of great customers. You don't have to worry about working too many hours. The job looks great on your resume.

Cons

Traing is terrible, benefits are horrible to non-existant, owners only care about putting money in their own pockets. High stress just because of the nature of the printing industry.
