      Pros

      Full time job, overtime opportunities, good location downtown

      Cons

      Demanding owner who talks down to employees, unstable jobs (people were hired and fired constantly), unhelpful manager who ignored my questions, small raises, yelled at for taking breaks. Employees here work anywhere from 2-5 different positions, everything from printing bindery to customer service to deliveries.

      Franchise organization that provides company standard policies and procedures, training classes in all aspects of the business, support team specialists available at a help desk, access to other Alphagraphics franchises for networking purposes

      Alphagraphics is in the printing industry. Traditional printing has endured significant changes over the past 15-20 years and the industry continues to re-position and redefine itself in the marketplace. Printing technology continues to evolve and competing technology via the internet has replaced the printed page with electronic alternatives
