This is a pretty big-name company that has established a name for itself in the printing industry, so it may look good on your resume. Also a great place if you generally want to learn more about the printing industry and its processes and evolution.

Cons

Some of the franchises are unorganized in regards to employment, positions, and cash flow. As an employee, you most likely won't be paid for what you're worth.

For the most part had creative freedom, ran my position all on my own. Got the work done the way I wanted.

Cons

Management was inexperienced. Did not stand behind their employees, especially when there was an unsatisfied customer. Business overall was not run very effectively.
