Pros
Upper management was personable, knew my name, and would have conversations with me when they stopped by the store. I felt valued as an employee, received Christmas bonuses and occasional surprise bonuses. Work environment was great. Positive values and mostly drama-free. I would come back to work here in a heartbeat.
Cons
Store manager wasn’t great with scheduling. They really needed to hire another person at the store I worked at, but they didn’t because we could scrape by. Created a bit of stress when one person was gone or called out sick.
