Leadership invests in your experience as an associate. You have lots of autonomy and room to gain soft skills with clients around the world. The training programme is very strong as well and sets you up to be successful on the job.

Cons

This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment that requires associates to maintain a busy schedule.
