      - great people that really care about you and your professional development - high degree of autonomy and responsibility in the role - ability to make an impact no matter your tenure - has a flat structure and access to leadership - continuous learning opportunities on the job and access to external learning for hard skills - ability to manage and grow a team early on in your career -be part global organization and team that gives you access to different cultures and understanding - great culture and opportunity to have fun with your coworkers - strong compensation packages for graduates and experienced individuals

      Cons

      These are not necessarily cons but some common growing pains of any rapidly scaling company: -fast paced work environment requires that you be agile and adaptable in your work style and sometimes work longer hours - Not everything is figured out and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring out things as you go (there is high support to do this)
