Thanks for taking a minute to leave a review! I'm glad to hear you would recommend AlphaSights and that you find our pay competitive. We've taken a number of initiatives to improve Work Life Harmony this year and encourage all team members to discuss a Wellbeing Focus Plan with their leader. The pace and work at AlphaSights are inherently demanding because we are a client service business. However, we want people to establish healthy habits of integrating work and the rest of our lives. Over the last six weeks in SF we've tested more flexible late afternoons and will likely continue these as long as performance remains strong.
