Our goal is a culture of high autonomy and high alignment. If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to share this feedback with your manager. We operate in a client service business and our roles are challenging and demanding. With this in mind we aim to provide everyone with flexibility so they can structure their workflow as they see fit. We don't always hit the nail on the head, but we continue to make significant improvements in SF (piloting flexible late afternoons for example) and are open to additional suggestions if you have any (other) ideas to bring forward.
