great culture, atmosphere, people, young entrepreneurial environment, beer on tap in the kitchen! excellent 1 month training and rotational program to help you feel comfortable and give you choice in the sector of your choosing, 3 weeks paid vacation with ability to work up to 20 days paid vacation, pay out for unused vacation days, corporate lunch program, monthly office outings and weekly gatherings...emphasis on work hard but enjoy yourself when the time is right

Pros

Great people, great benefits, great snacks. Employees are very smart (mostly from top colleges), young, and dynamic. Because the company is growing so quickly, there is a lot of room for career development and management opportunities. The work can be challenging but it is rewarding. Very lively culture--the company prides itself on its culture.

Cons

The hours are pretty long, and you need to be very comfortable talking to people you don't know (on the phone) for a good portion of your day. The culture is also pretty intense, which I think is a good thing but might not be for everyone.
