      Pros

      Pay in US dollars, but once a month.

      Cons

      Cold Calling and spend most of your day on the phone. No one really knows the future of the organization aka it's a sweat shop. None of your skills are transferable to anything unless you want to work in a call center. Long hours for crappy pay packages. HR spends its days on here posting positive reviews.

      Great place to start a career

      Pros

      Office culture is social and invested in your professional development, even outside of your regular duties.

      Cons

      The office is pretty homogenous, a bunch of white people who have had pretty cookie cutter lives. And things are constantly changing so it's hard to build key relationships with people you work with.

      - Ability to get involved in multiple facets of the business, depending on your passions and interests - Emphasis and investment in professional development opportunities and personal growth for each employee - Fast-paced, dynamic environment where things get done efficiently - Positive, innovative, fun, and collegial team - Phenomenal, open office space that includes games, hammocks, a bar, etc - Great outlook of the business and increasing revenue - Passionate leadership, transparency, and a bottom-up mentality (everyone can make a difference)

      Cons

      - Leadership is young and there is a need for more individuals with experience to mentor incoming entry-level class - Salary is paid once per month rather than on a bi-weekly basis
