Business Outlook
Pros
Having the ability to be collegial with not only colleagues, but 'managers' is fantastic. It maintains an open line of communication that probably doesn't exist at any other company in business straight out of school. The company is obviously very invested in each member, and truly believes that we drive the company, which gives us the confidence to actually do it!
Cons
Maintaining a separate life outside of work can be challenging during the week, but as long as you make the effort... It is also a little unclear sometimes how the outlook for company growth influences outlook for individual growth on a very specific basis (and how the opportunities for individual growth and career movement are changing)
