Pros

Family oriented with a few nice work perks i.e (wellness bucks, occasional luncheon).

Cons

Benefits, especially medical. No career path. Very top heavy. Retirement plan isn't that great. Dependent on the value of bank's stock.

Pros

only of the only major businesses on the west slope

Cons

Pay is low I went elsewhere and made 35k more. Benefits are terrible, comparable to retail jobs. The only thing you really get is medical insurance which is very expensive. Vacation is also terrible as you get none your first year. Because of low pay the environment is filled with untalented and lackluster employees. Everyone is constantly trying to become an officer because that is the only way to get paid decently and with that management will sell you out if you do anything to make them look bad. The benefits when you become an officer are decent for instance you get a car but this is probably why pay is terrible at lower levels.
