Pros

For the most part, people are enjoyable to work with. There's also flexibility for customer service because of the smaller size of the bank. Can get up to $1,000 in wellness money (but doesn't get even close to covering the high cost of the insurance if you have family). 3 weeks paid vacation/year.

Cons

New ideas not welcomed. Hit a ceiling unless you get into management trainee program (also requires college degree). My managers were very quick to criticize and would rarely encourage. Staff meetings generally had a negative tone.
