I enjoy helping customers with their projects. It's a great feeling when a customer walks into a call with zero confidence/understanding of what they need and leaving the conversation feeling confident in my recommendations.

The pay if you want to work 70 hours a week and not have a personal life. Learn a lot about HVAC

Do you want to be micromanaged to the extent you feel uncomfortable drinking too much water and having to go to the restroom? You will!!! Want to bring in $250k in profit for a month and make only $150 in payouts? Work here!! Ask a question and want to be belittled in front of the whole staff? Work here. I have seen it happen. I felt so awkward sitting there. Do you want a person that has never sold anything in their life telling you how to sell? Work here!!! There is no coaching, no support. They treat people as if they should work just as hard as the owners making millions.
