Disclaimer, I would have given this company zero stars if Glassdoor allowed me to. The whole company is run by family and nepotism is rampant. Due to the nepotism, favoritism is shown. They do not bump up employee wages when new employees are hired, meaning newbies likely get paid more than people who have been there for years, depending on the role. Because of this, they’re not big on salary transparency at all. Prepare for extreme micromanagement and hearing about every error you’ve ever made in every meeting. Speaking of micromanagement, prepare for multiple Zoom meetings per week where the basis of it all - is to point out your mistakes. Someone is always watching you, doesn’t even feel like a work from home job. The best part is that they’ve found ways to have employees micromanage one another by reporting mistakes made on a daily “EOD”. The chief officer is your stereotypical crass boss who acts extremely cold and speaks to people like they are beneath her. Unfortunately you have to interview with this woman and speak to her frequently depending on your role and what meetings you end up in. Avoid this job at all costs and get yourself an office job, it’s the same exact thing with the exact toxic work environment, just in your own home. They frequently lose employees based on the cons listed and have yet to attempt changing the culture here.
