Second to none when it comes to benefits. For a family of three i only pay $80 a month and I am covered at 90%. 401k, vacation, sick time, paid holidays, overtime if wanted. Good opportunities to advance,

In the Akron branch it is a little bias. There is a lot of favoritism playing from the management.

Good pay and excellent benefits. It's great if you like to keep busy.

Cons

Drug testing is done using saliva tests, which is a one-time pass/fail (no re-testing) despite the known inaccuracy. They go out of their way to protect themselves from legal recourse by not even admitting it was a drug test that caused termination. Be careful to not eat or drink anything before beginning the hiring process because they will not warn you about potential false positives.
