Pros

Management has its heart in the right place and is doing the right thing - providing empowering opportunities for growth and professional development. People here are passionate about what they do - teams support each other and help out where needed. People regularly go above and beyond because they LOVE WHAT THEY DO and they APPRECIATE WHO THEY WORK WITH. I have worked for many companies - Alta is among the best.

Cons

Like any fast growing company, it experiences growing pains. But these are quickly uncovered and action is taken to minimize them.

Pros

Lots of heart - people are at work because they love their work and feel it is an important contribution, not because it's a desk job. This leads to a spirit of collaboration and support between peers. Fast-growing company with a risk-tolerant culture leads to lots of opportunities for go-getters. Many offices offer chances for transfers and new assignments.

Cons

Inconsistent management - your experience will vary depending on who you report to. Workload can be heavy at times.
