Pros

The job location is convenient and the medical and dental benefits were great. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the work place is good as well.

Cons

ALTA cares more about filling seats to answer the calls for it's clients when they should look for quality employees to deliver exceptional results.Having said that, ALTA's training is unacceptably poor. Unknowledgeable trainers are pumping out agents with miss information and at the end of the day the client is unhappy.

Everyone is young and full of life within my department. Never a dull day for the outsourcing company.

Cons

No growth unless you are dating someone there. All leadership is under 30 within my department. Pay rate is pretty low for it being located in the OC

Lack of leadership training has negatively affected the managment team for each program. High turnover, low pay, and team leaders are never recognized for their achievements.
